1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- The request is made within 3 days of delivery
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Slight color differences (due to lighting/screen variations)
- Used or damaged items (caused by customer)
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp / Email within 3 days of delivery
- Share:

- Clear images/videos of the product
- Our team will review and approve/reject within 24–48 hours
If approved:
- You will be guided on return instructions
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Size issue (if applicable)
- Damaged or defective product
Conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 3 days
- Product must meet return eligibility criteria
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are only applicable if:
- Item is out of stock for exchange
- Replacement is not possible
Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD):
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa
Processing time:
- 5–7 working days after approval
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Report within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear proof (images/videos)
Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection.
6. Important Notes
- Velmora reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet policy conditions
- Customers may be required to cover return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side
